What got you into photography?
I had a aunt that was a photographer/ and art teacher that to inspired me. She was always at the family gatherings taking pictures and I thought it was dope. I started off taking pictures of my friends and family at their shows with my phone and figured it would be more efficient and professional with a quality camera.
What equipment do you prefer?
I prefer cannon cameras , doesn’t matter the equipment it depends on the person and that persons eye and how they convey a story with it.
What do you prefer to work with brands, people, landscape, etc?
I prefer to work with people especially if they are performing because most of the time the vibe is different when you actually know them and makes it more comfortable when taking the pictures. Everything is about vibes.
If you could do a photoshoot with any brand/person in the world who would you choose and what brand use?
If I could work with any person it would be Mick Jenkins (rapper from Chicago) I just love his simplistic swag not too flashy
Who are some people you get inspired by?
Brock mills (Dave east photographer at some point) is one of my motivators because he made it to a point where he was a celebrity personal photographer which is super inspirational to me.
What advice would you give to a new person in the game?
I’d love to tell any new person to the game to shoot anything and everything because you won’t know your specialty until you get out there and figure it out for yourself. And practice makes perfect
