What inspired the brand name?

The name came to me when I was playing with the idea of streetwear that is influenced by car culture, The name means what you wear "on-road" or what someone that is a car enthusiast who is also in tune with fashion wears to show that they're on-road.

At what moment did you realize you wanted to start a brand?

Personally I've always been interested in fashion and always been open to trying new designs. I was the guy that dressed odd at times but also always got complimented for my style. I always wanted to start a clothing brand but I wanted to do it from a genuine place, for an audience that'll really appreciate it. So I combined my love for cars and fashion together to create pieces that the fashionable car fans out there will resonate with.

What helps you get over creative blocks?

I just indulge in car videos on YouTube or take a walk outside looking at the different cars driving by and ideas come to me.

What is the biggest mistake you have made?

Not starting sooner

What is the biggest success you have had?

Probably releasing our racing club tracksuit, everyone seems to love it, people stop me in public all the time to ask where I got my tracksuit from.

Marino morwood, he designs the best t-shirt for the rap audience, this is kind of what I’m doing for the car enthusiasts.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF AND THE BRAND IN 1 YEAR AND 5 YEARS?

In a year hopefully we will collaborate with an actual car manufacturer, in 5 years onroad will be the go to clothing brand for car enthusiasts and it will be part of the options when specking a car, for example an on-road embossed leather seat design option.
